Who is responsible for your information

Shandong Yunlen Wood Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (“Yunlen”, “we” or “us”) is responsible for the business information described in this notice. You can contact us at sales@yunlenwood.com or at B04, Lushang Yungu, Lanshan District, Linyi, Shandong, China.

Information we may receive

When you contact us, we may receive your name, work email, phone number, company, country or market, product requirements, target quantity, attachments and the content of your enquiry. When you use the online enquiry form, the information is sent through FormSubmit to our business email. FormSubmit processes the submission to provide this forwarding service under its own privacy terms.

GitHub Pages and Cloudflare may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages and security logs. If you choose WhatsApp or email, those providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to reply, assess product and OEM/ODM feasibility, prepare samples or quotations, communicate about a potential or existing business relationship, protect the website and meet legal or contractual obligations. For business enquiries, we generally rely on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in responding to and managing B2B enquiries, or legal obligations where applicable.

We share information only when reasonably necessary with service providers, professional advisers, production or logistics partners involved in your request, or authorities where required by law. Yunlen is based in China, and some website, email or messaging providers may process information in other countries. Protection may therefore differ from that in your country.

Retention and security

FormSubmit states that it retains form submissions for 30 days. We keep enquiries received in our business systems only for as long as reasonably needed to follow up and maintain relevant business records. Records connected with an order, contract, tax, quality or legal matter may be retained for the period required for that purpose. We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission is completely risk-free.

Cookies, choices and rights

Yunlen does not currently place analytics or advertising cookies on this website. Infrastructure providers may use essential security or network technologies. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, or to complain to your local data-protection authority.
